Our cancellation policy for villa bookings is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team. Here’s how it works:

- **More than 60 days before arrival:** You’ll receive a full refund, minus a small administration fee.
- **Between 30 and 60 days before arrival:** We refund 50% of the total booking cost.
- **Less than 30 days before arrival:** No refund is available, but we’ll do our best to accommodate date changes if possible.

For any cancellations, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. If your booking was made through a third-party platform, their policies may also apply, so it’s worth checking with them directly.
