At Marrakech Villa Hire, we aim to make your check-in and check-out process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

**Check-In Process:**
Check-in time is typically from **3:00 PM** onwards. Upon arrival, our team or a property representative will greet you at the villa to hand over the keys and provide a brief tour of the property. They’ll also answer any questions you may have about the villa, local amenities, or recommendations for your stay. If you require an early check-in, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

**Check-Out Process:**
Check-out is by **11:00 AM** on your departure day. Before leaving, we kindly ask that you ensure all windows and doors are secured and any used dishes are placed in the dishwasher. A team member will meet you at the villa to collect the keys and conduct a quick inspection. If you need a later check-out, please inform us ahead of time—we’ll check availability and confirm if an extension is possible.

For both check-in and check-out, we’re happy to arrange airport transfers or assist with luggage if needed—just let us know your preferences in advance. Our goal is to ensure your stay starts and ends with ease!
