At Marrakech Villa Hire, we aim to make your check-in and check-out process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

**Check-In Process:**
Check-in time is typically from **3:00 PM** onwards. Upon arrival, our friendly team or the villa manager will greet you, provide a tour of the property, and hand over the keys. You’ll also receive details about the villa’s amenities, house rules, and any additional services available during your stay. If you’ve arranged extras like airport transfers or grocery deliveries, these will be confirmed at this time.

For early arrivals, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, though this depends on the villa’s availability. If the property isn’t ready, we can store your luggage until check-in.

**Check-Out Process:**
Check-out is by **11:00 AM** on your departure day. Before leaving, we kindly ask that you ensure all personal belongings are packed and any rented equipment (like bikes or baby gear) is returned. Our team will inspect the villa to confirm everything is in order. If you need a later check-out, let us know in advance—we’ll check availability and do our best to arrange it.

For a seamless departure, settle any outstanding balances (like additional services or security deposit refunds) before you leave. If no issues are found, your security deposit will be returned promptly as per our policy.
