Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our team. Here’s how it works:

If you need to cancel your villa booking, the refund you receive depends on how much notice you give before your scheduled arrival date.

- **More than 60 days before arrival:** You’ll receive a full refund, minus a small administration fee.
- **Between 30 and 60 days before arrival:** We refund 50% of the total booking cost.
- **Less than 30 days before arrival:** Unfortunately, no refund can be given, as we may struggle to rebook the villa on short notice.
