Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team. If you need to cancel your villa booking, the following conditions apply:

- **More than 60 days before arrival:** You’ll receive a full refund, minus a small administration fee.
- **Between 30 and 60 days before arrival:** 50% of the total booking cost will be refunded.
- **Less than 30 days before arrival:** No refund will be issued, as it becomes difficult to rebook the villa at short notice.
