Each of our boutique villas in Marrakech is designed to offer a luxurious and intimate experience, with accommodation varying by property. On average, our villas can comfortably accommodate between 6 and 12 guests, depending on the size and layout.

Smaller villas typically feature 3 to 4 bedrooms, making them ideal for families or small groups. Larger villas, with 5 to 6 bedrooms, are perfect for bigger gatherings, weddings, or group retreats. Many of our properties also include additional sleeping arrangements, such as sofa beds or private annexes, to provide extra flexibility.
