- **More than 60 days before arrival:** You’ll receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
- **Between 30 and 60 days before arrival:** We refund 50% of the total booking cost.
- **Less than 30 days before arrival:** Unfortunately, no refund can be issued, but we may offer flexibility in rescheduling your stay, depending on availability.
